The Business Development Associate are responsible for supporting the planning and execution of business development strategies through AI integration, research, and data-driven insights. You will coordinate with internal teams, analyze market trends, and assist in identifying opportunities for organizational growth. Your role bridges business strategy and AI tools, ensuring that team efforts are aligned with project goals and that innovative solutions are continuously explored and implemented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related courses
• Experience in project management, business support, or PMO role is a plus (not required for entry level).
• Understands business workflows and operations.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools and applications for business tasks.
• Experience using AI to improve tasks is a plus.
• Skilled in research, data analysis, and turning insights into action.
• Strong in business development and identifying opportunities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with both technical and non-technical people.
• Professional, organized, flexible, and proactive.
• Can handle multiple tasks, manage time well, and meet deadlines.
• Thrives under pressure while maintaining a strong work ethic.
