Job Overview

As a Web Programmer, you are responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining AI-integrated software and tools to support internal operations, websites, and client-facing systems. You will develop scalable programs, implement UI/UX elements that integrate AI features, and improve or repair existing software by embedding AI functionality. You will work closely with other developers, team leads, and supervisors to deliver modern, efficient, and secure systems while staying up to date with AI advancements.

Qualifications

  • At least College Level with a degree in Information Technology or any related
  • *Knowledgeable in:
    Python
    Java
    JavaScript
    C++
    UI/UX design and layouts
    Version control tools (Git, etc.)
    Database and API connections
  • Modern software testing and release tools
  • Secure coding, privacy, and compliance basics
  • Can improve existing programs and add AI features
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Can handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Thrives under pressure
  • Maintains a strong professional work ethic.
  • Keeps updated with new AI and software development methods.

Responsibilities

  • Develop programs to improve operations and workflows
  • Use AI features to automate tasks and boost efficiency
  • Design user-friendly interfaces and web layouts with AI integration
  • Upgrade, repair, and maintain programs; connect with back-end data
  • Work with the team to test, launch, and improve AI-powered features
  • Debug and enhance software performance
  • Ensure systems are reliable, easy to use, and secure
  • Keep proper records of code and manage version control
  • Stay updated on programming tools, web trends, and AI advancements
  • Meet deadlines and aim for continuous improvement

  • Full-time Employment
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (Day Shift)
  • Fixed weekends off
