The Admin Assistant‘s primary function is to support the team by performing administrative tasks, resolving team-related concerns, and organizing flow and processes.
Qualifications
At least College level in any degree programs
Computer Savvy
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize work
Strong organizational and planning skills
Manages own time effectively
Works with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
Perform clerical and administrative tasks
Delegate tasks, resolving concerns, and organizing team processes
Assist the team with admin tasks such as tracking, preparing, and submitting scheduled reports
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Support the team by providing information and answering questions and requests
Follow company standards and policies
Other tasks that may be assigned by the Supervisor

Full-time Employment
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:15 AM - 4:15 PM
Fixed weekends off
