Job Overview

The Bookkeeper’s primary function is to provide support to our clients in Canada and U.S. by performing tasks such as bookkeeping, data entry, reconciling financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with various financial transactions and administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting Technology or any related course
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Good attention to details
  • Familiarity with Quickbooks Online is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Provide reports on the client's financial condition and liquidity
  • Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Adhere to financial policies and regulations
  • Communicate with clients and other stakeholders

  • Full-time Employment
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
  • Fixed weekends off
