Job Overview

A Client Relations Associate will bridge the gap between the company’s marketing efforts and client relationship management by creating and executing engaging content tailored to client needs. You will develop content strategies, strengthen client engagement, enhance client satisfaction through marketing support, and address potential client objections with strategic communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any business-related field
• Background in Basic Marketing and Digital Marketing (preferred)
• Experience in content development with international companies, preferably in the US market is an advantage
• Strong interest in content creation and graphic design
• Excellent listening skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and brainstorming marketing content to promote the company’s brand, products, or services across various platforms
• Help prepare marketing materials such as handouts, presentations, scripts, and sales rally content
• Support in drafting email templates for reaching out to new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones
• Collaborate on ideas for promotional emails to engage potential and current clients
• Conduct simple market research related to Proweaver and its industry
• Take on other research tasks as assigned by the team or management

• Work Location: Z-6 4450 Tabunoc, City of Talisay, Cebu
• Full-time Employment
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
• Fixed weekends off
• Only Cebu-based applicants will be entertained
