Job Overview

A QC Specialist will ensure that all content—graphics, captions, videos, and other social media materials—meets established quality standards before being published. This position also involves maintaining brand consistency, credibility, and audience trust across social media platforms.

Qualifications

  • At least Senior High School Graduate
  • Familiar with tools like Grammarly or AI tools
  • Organized, proactive, and adapts to client changes
  • Review text (grammar/spelling) and checks visuals for errors
  • Ensures brand consistency (colors, fonts, tone)
  • Understands how posts/stories align with client goals
  • Gives clear feedback to each sub - team members output
  • Background in quality assurance, editing, or social media moderation is a plus
  • Experience with social media platforms (like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Review and proofread content for grammar, accuracy, and branding consistency
  • Ensure visuals and captions align with the content strategy
  • Check for any compliance issues (e.g., copyrighted materials, misleading information)
  • Provide feedback to improve content quality
  • Maintain consistency across all client accounts

    • Z-6 4450 Tabunoc, City of Talisay, Cebu
  • Full-time Employment
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (Day Shift)
  • Fixed weekends off
