Job Overview

The HR Assistant - Employee Development's primary function is to support employees' professional growth and development, while promoting a favorable company culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or Human Resources Development and Management
  • At least 6 months experience in different HR facets is a plus
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply (with related internship experience)
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and Outgoing person
  • Flexible and demonstrates sound work ethics
  • Able to prioritize under deadline pressure
  • Can work with less supervision
  • Must be computer savvy and proficient in MS applications
  • Willing to do fieldwork when needed

Responsibilities

  • Brainstorming and Planning for different Company Events
  • Conduct Monthly Activities to increase Employee Engagements
  • Conducting workshops on work related topics
  • Providing training programs to help employees improve their skills or learn new skills that are required for their positions
  • Improvement of Company Branding
  • Preparing reports regarding employee development activities and results

  • Work Location: Kepwealth Center, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City
  • Full-time Employment
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (Day Shift)
  • Fixed weekends off
