The HR Assistant - Employee Development's primary function is to support employees' professional growth and development, while promoting a favorable company culture.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or Human Resources Development and Management
At least 6 months experience in different HR facets is a plus
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply (with related internship experience)
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiastic and Outgoing person
Flexible and demonstrates sound work ethics
Able to prioritize under deadline pressure
Can work with less supervision
Must be computer savvy and proficient in MS applications
Willing to do fieldwork when needed
Responsibilities
Brainstorming and Planning for different Company Events
Conduct Monthly Activities to increase Employee Engagements
Conducting workshops on work related topics
Providing training programs to help employees improve their skills or learn new skills that are required for their positions
Improvement of Company Branding
Preparing reports regarding employee development activities and results

Work Location: Kepwealth Center, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City
Full-time Employment
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (Day Shift)
Fixed weekends off
